The Church of God is part of a reformation movement begun in 1881, committed to the unity of God’s people and holy living. The movement emphasizes the Bible as the statement of belief and trusts in the Holy Spirit’s guidance — rejecting denominational hierarchies and creeds.

Our core beliefs include:

the divine inspiration of Scripture; forgiveness of sin through Christ; holiness of life; the personal return of Christ; the kingdom of God here and now; resurrection of the dead; and final judgment, with reward for the righteous and just punishment for the wicked.
